I found Bath Planet by searching on the internet. Everyone I dealt with were very professional. The installation of the bath tub went smooth and now I have a bath room I am proud of.
Expections
I always expect the best from people or companies that I've hired to do work for me, but sometimes things go a little wrong or something is left undone. But, my experience with Bath Planet was wonderful, not only were the people that came to my home very nice and professional but their workmanship was excellent in all ways. The new step-in shower is beautiful and the granite look (Juparana Granite) was just the look I wanted. Now I plan on a color scheme based on those colors - tans, caramel, soft gold and black. Thank you Bath Planet.

Love my new jetted tub and shower surround. Dan and Steve were my installers and they did an awesome job! Courteous, respectful and asked me where/how I wanted things.
What a difference!
I was extremely pleased with the sales, customer service and installation done. The one area I wish I was aware of was that the drain and overflow was not replaced in my tub. I guess I assumed all fixtures would be replaced. Other than that, the walls and fixtures that were installed are wonderful. Bath Planet of Chicago did an excellent job. Thank you.

I contacted Bath Planet to get an estimate to have my Master bath remodeled. From my first encounter with Jennifer and Tyler I have received beyond exceptional service! Tyler helped design my bathroom to be more convenient and updated. Once we had everything picked out to my specifications, John , Andrew and Josh came to do the work. They were professional and worked quickly to have my bathroom completed in a reasonable amount of time! There were some delays, but during the time there was ice on the roads so under those circumstances it was understandable. Jennifer kept me informed throughout the entire process, they were quick to do extra when I asked. Any problems that arose they handled with care and efficiency. The service I have received has been amazing from start to finish. Everything is perfect, and I absolutely love my new bathroom. I highly recommend Bath Planet of Arkansas for your bathroom remodels! And I would like to add "the price was right". Thank you so much for the excellent work!
Disappointment
I have tried to contact the Toledo office for a repair , I have received a total run around , from phone calls unanswered to being told I would be contacted and was not , I am definitely regretting the decision to use Bathplanet , this has been nothing but a fiasco

They helped us design our bathrooms to be modern and elegant. Once we had everything picked out to our specifications, Saul and Taris came to do the work. They were professional and worked quickly to have both bathrooms completed in four days! Yes Four! They kept us informed throughout the entire process, they asked our preference on tiny details, and any problems that arose they handled with care and efficiency. The service we have received has been amazing from start to finish. Everything is perfect, and we absolutely love our new bathrooms. We Highly recommend Saul and Taris for your bathroom remodels! Great shower and shelves!
Craig and Ken worked together to come up with a design that allowed our bathroom window to be part of the shower the way we wanted and even made room for some storage shelves for towels, etc. Ken worked with us on pricing to make us as happy as possible and the install team led by Allen was courteous, clean, worked quickly and so far (1 week old) everything seems to have been completed very skillfully. Thanks guys!
