We had set an appointment up at one of the shows, and they arrived on time and ready to listen to our needs. Mark was knowledgable and had great suggestions. He was personable and easy to talk to. Unfortunately, we aren't able to do the remodel at this time, but look forward to working with him again.

We had a few minor issues with our bath remodel, but Bath Planet did a great job communicating to us when the new part would arrive. They scheduled the install and everything is great. If we didn't have the part issue they would've earned 5 stars.
Outstanding Business - Bath Planet (AAPCO)
Mell the Installer was efficient and knowledgeable. He took out the existing bath tub and installed the new shower with a minimum fuss or bother. The end result is beautiful!! My New Shower is gorgeous. Thank you Jeff Sales rep tat treated me like family and was down to earth. Thank you Jeff the Sales Manager who was understanding and reasonable. They both havr great customer service ability. I am so Blessed and Happy that Bath Planet did ms Right!!! WE LOVE YALL and i will continue to use you for my doors, roof, windows, and any other home improvement.

Editing pass review
We had a remodel shower installed by Bath Plant ( Darrin Weatherby) company owner, in the beginning we were dealing with water leaking from the shower drain and wrong shower door installed. Darrin has corrected the leak and going to install the correct shower door. Bath Plant produce is outstanding and we are planning on doing our second bathroom, I will use this company for my second bathroom.

We are very happy with our new shower and design. Geneo, Dre, and Alex did an excellent job with the installation. They were also very professional and courteous and cleaned up after finishing the job.
New room
I was very pleased with my new shower install . We found a terrible mess under the old tub, but with your professional installer we had it all fixed up. He had to float the floor to get it level . The final result , the shower looks great!
