Clint and Chance did a great job. I love my new shower. The whole process was simple and I would recommend Bath Planet of Asheville to anyone that was looking to remodel a bathroom.
Wonderful job
They were very knowledgeable, answered all of our questions. I just moved in so I didn't know where to turn the water off. The man showed me and also let me know that I had a leak, even though it wasn't part of his job. He also cleaned up the mess when he was done. I looks great and work nice too.
Outstanding in every way
Absolutely highly recommend! Fred is a joy to work with in planning our changes & he followed the process every step of the way. Mike and Sam did all the work, removing the old and installing the new. This was a very tight space to work in and yet they made it seem easy - it was not! Besides being the nicest guys you'll ever meet, they consulted our ideas for placement of fixtures, remediated prior water damage, completed a top grade installation and kept everything so neat and clean! Mike was a great lead. He really kept us in the loop. Sam got us set up for a possible bench in the future. Our thanks to the entire team. Our new shower area is a dream come true.
Incredible experience
First met John Coley at our home when we scheduled a meeting. He was knowledgeable about the products and let us decide what we wanted. This was a total strip down to the studs job. The bathroom is over 45 years old. They ordered all our choices and even in a pandemic we had a short wait to get the call everything was in. On the day and time, Rolando Davila and Braxton Mann showed up an had the whole bathroom demoed the first day. In two more days my new bathroom was almost done. They answered any questions we had. They cleaned up every night before they left. We will suggest to our friends and neighbors that they call you for any bathroom remodel. This was an incredible job and they did it with class and style. Awesome job!
Awesome experience!
The one day install was fantastic! The installers prepped the entrance into the bathroom with tarps and did their best to contain any dust particles from infiltrating the areas outside of the bathroom. They left the bathroom void of debris. I am extremely pleased with the very professional work that was done and would highly recommend Bath Planet!
Stunning Walk-in
I almost wish I had more bathrooms that needed a makeover because the results obtained by Mike and Sam are phenomenal! Bob is an awesome designer and I quickly learned to trust his judgement! Thank you so very much!! I love my walk-in shower!!!

My wife and I needed a "redo" of a 20 year old shower. We met with Conan Edwards, and decided that BathPlanet was the company to go with. Two craftsmen, Scott and Clint, came on the day agreed to, at the time specified. The rest was magic, as they converted our old shower into a new, larger shower.
