I scheduled an appointment to get some ideas and an estimate. Unfortunately, my appointment cannot happen due to the fact my husband is not available. How insulting. You lost my business and will definitely let others know about your antiquated policy.

If the dealer didn't explain it properly on the phone, the reason that we ask all homeowners to attend the initial consultation is because everything we do is custom made. In order for us to provide the customers a price to the penny, in writing, that we lock in for one year, we ask that all homeowners attend the appointment, so that they can both pick out and agree on the colors, styles, hardware and accessories. All of these options make a difference in the price we provide. We are more than willing to come out on a second visit, but that would mean that the customers have to spend the additional time as well and we try to be mindful of their time.
