Worst experience ever.

June 17th 2019 Bath Planet of charlotte, came to install a shower, installer was suppose to be there at 8:30am didn't show up till 4:30pm and then told my wife he was unsure of what he was suppose to do. After many phone calls Bath Planet and myself decided to wait a week in order for a competent installer to get free. The Next Monday the installer and two of his friends who were out of work that day and did not work for bath planet came to start the one day demo and install. When I retuned home that Night I noticed, tile was not properly demoed, other tile was just covered up with the acrylic walls, the floor pan was placed incorrectly leaving a inch gap in the front, shelves are 1/4 slanted and no glass was installed. Two days later the Owner of Bath Planet Charlotte came to see the mess, and stated he would loose money if he fixed the job and quite then walked out of my house. I contacted the President of BCI and was referred to Bill the South East Regional manager, and agreement was made that they would return my deposit and have someone come demo what they installed so I could hire another company to install a shower. That never happened, weeks later I finally go in contact with Jesse the owner of the charlotte franchise, made an agreement for them to install the glass and fix the cosmetic issues and in return they could keep the deposit towards the cost of the glass, again that never happen. Three weeks later they show up to install the glass doors and discover that they measured wrong, so they duct taped the glass to the frame and left. It is now Aug 18th we have been with out a shower since June.
