Unhappy customer

The installation process was great. The sad part is I can’t get rid of the black mold on the molding so my shower always looks dirty. I have been unsuccessful in my efforts to reach out for someone from Bath Planet to schedule repairs for this. My shower is less than 4 years old 😒
