NEVER DID GIVE US AN ESTIMATE!

We called, someone came out, took pictures of our bathroom to be remodeled. He said "we'll get back to you in a couple of days. Been 3 weeks and eve after call in to the office, they never have got back to us. Very unprofessional group!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We don't know if this is due to the recovery efforts from the hurricane/flood or not. Either way you should've at least received a phone call if they couldn't provide a quote in a timely manner.
