Bath Planet of Chicagoland

From the first day that a representative came to my house until my bathroom was complete, it was a wonderful experience. The representative that I dealt with, Anthony, listened and really understood what I wanted and what I was looking for in a bathroom. What I appreciated most was that at some companies people can be pushy while Anthony truly sold the product because of how good the product was and because he believed in it. It's very noticeable when someone is just trying to make a sale vs someone who believes in what they are selling. Anthony helped me make the best decisions and I trusted his judgement. He was organized and always available when I had questions. Also working with the staff at BathPlanet was never a hassle and everyone was extremely friendly. Kevin was very helpful and from the time I had decided on what I wanted until instillation it was less than 2 weeks. The installer that come did such a wonderful job. He was prompt in his time and besides there being a new bathtub/surround in my house, you would never know he was there because he was so clean! I have now used my new bath/surround multiple times and I cannot get over how much I love it. It's definitely made a huge difference in my bathroom and I am grateful for the hard work, professionalism and promptness of this entire team. Amazing job!!
