All pluses to bathplanet. Design was a pleasant experience, installer was a gem and the bath tub area was beautified in 5 hours. Love it, love it!

Bryan and Kyle came to my house to give me an estimate. So nice, polite, funny and professional. Both gentlemen went over all the different possibilities making my bathroom better. It is in bad shape. After the consultation, I decided to go with BathPlanet. If my shower is as good as these guys say, I have no doubt my shower with be exactly as I want it not to mention how beautiful it will be. Thank you both so much. When my shower is completed, I will let you know how it worked out.
Excellent Job, Replacing Shower Unit
I had a Bath Planet shower unit installed in my condominium, some ten years ago. A crack developed at the bottom of the pan, potentially causing water to leak to the unit below. I reached out to Bath Planet to honor their warranty. Which they did without too much of fuss. It took some time but now I have a new shower unit. I need to thank all the people that I interacted with at Bath Planet: Let me start with thanking Jessica Molof, Executive Administrator, Bath Planet NorCal. She listened to me and my request very sympathetically and promptly had Sebsebe Schmertman, Project Manager, Bath Planet NorCal, contact and visit with me. After ordering the replacement unit, he had three people, David, Steve, Gabby, and install it. All three were very professional and courteous, did a very good job, and cleaned up afterwards. All in all, I am very pleased with Bath Planet and the work they did. --Vinod

Bath planet did a complete upgrade on the main bathroom. I am very happy with the finished product. I was told it would possibly take two days and only took one. Everyone from sales rep to installers were knowledgeable and professional. Thank you.
Wish I had done this sooner!
The renovation went as planned and a touch up visit perfected the work. The shower and tub enclosure came out beautifully and is so easy to maintain. Pleased with the product and installation.

Sebsebe Schmertman managed our shower renovation like a pro. Courteous crew were at our house exactly on time. Demo started immediately. Organized a return visit for touch up. Serviced with a smile. Impressed by the work ethic, friendliness and care for our property as they worked. Cleaned up in a snap. Impressive.

In by 9 out by 5. Well not exactly but close enough for me. As close to in and out as I've ever seen. Skilled and curteous craftsman. He took time to explain what was going on and answered quesstions. Very clean
Stunning work
Overall the work was great. I've sent emails to two people to be safe, but only one would respond. There were two mistakes, but were quickly solved after a week due to my work schedule. My new bathroom looks beautiful and in two days no less. Instructions were clear and overall satisfied with the work done.
Great Sales Visit
Brandon Wallace met with us today to show us what BathPlanet could do to help us remodel our master bath. He listened to what we wanted and answered all our questions. We ABSOLUTELY love our new bathtub, not only has it transformed our bathroom into a whole new modern look, and the tub and glass doors itself are more than I could ask for! I was very pleased with how quick they got it all done and even cleaned everything up! I would definitely recommend BathPlanet to all my friends and family. Thank you again for going above and beyond.
